Overview
A nation found to the East of The Dawn Empire and the birthplace of KA1. Lost haven is both the name of the nation and the city. the majority of the nation is made up of Siltwater Slums where a large slave population is housed and forced to mine coal and iron for the nation. The ruling class and the area where the noble's live is called Luminara.
Society
Luminara
Acting as the name of both the group and the city, Luminara is where the Nobel's live. They're all shown to live in lavish luxury with comfortable clothes, food and slaves for their every beck and call. Many of them are unnecessarily cruel to their slaves and those who live in the slums. They ruled by the king, Malachi Darkthorne.
The Siltwater Slums
A large salve camp where people a kidnapped and forced to work in the mines or hunt food for the nobles. The Camp is ran by the guards with and iron fist, but Goblin Mafia also seem to have a lot of power and influence.
Diplomatic Relations
Lost Haven is known for not having great relations with the majority of the nations found with in the Verdant Peninsula [1]. Due to a lot of the nations being 'unstable' with constant war and the recent destruction of key Towers, Lost Haven prefers trading with other nations like Kearlin Atoll and those within The Desert.
Due to Ehobel's relation with slavery and other interactions [2], it can be presumed that Lost Haven is interested in return to business with the nation.
Other Information & Trivia
- The capital has a large library
- The location of one of The Towers
History
6 years before the start of the campaign, a slave called KA1 Started the Lost Haven Slave Revolt after his mentor, Elandra † was murdered by the king. His rebellion nearly worked but the guards got the upper hand and pushed the slaves back. The majority of his friends were soon killed and he was thought to be killed when the king stabbed him in the chest and through him into the ocean.
KA1, better known now as Kal (or Kal The Korrigan †), survived the attack and later returned with The Party to free all of the slaves and to destroy Lost Haven's Tower.

| Session 49 | Viktor pulled out a map and asked which nations The Party had no evil enemies with, suggesting the golden fleet was a potential and untapped revenue source. Halfbie said they probably would want to work with The Party after they flew into the sky and rained fireballs on their ships. Mordecai pointed to Uvam, saying they could be ok depending on the town. Ehobel was unknown at this point; the Dawn are so uneatable that it's hard to tell if they would trade with the OFC. Viktor pointed to Lost Haven, stating they were probably too unstable. |
| Session 46 | The party readied itself for the upcoming fight. They knew it was coming, and with many struggling to stay standing, they all knew it would be rough. Korrigan looked especially nervous and tightened the string on his bow. He stood, feeling the weight of Sara's sword hanging from his waist. Drache handed out the potions they stole from the magic shop in Luminara and distributed them amongst the party. Aidan, Halfbie, Mordecai and Drache drank potions to recover some of their health. |
| Session 46 | They all entered the next courtyard, where Malachi stood atop a balcony overlooking them. His crooked smile emanated evil, and he let down and drew his weapon. The battle was long and complex as the party traded blows with the King of Lost Haven. Although he wielded a weapon, his magics were much more deadly. Surrounding him throughout the fight was his Aura of Avarice, which caused anyone who entered to have their senses attacked, making them look at Malachi in awe for his beautiful golden form. Lying a finger on him would hurt them without Malachi having to do anything. Despite this, they pushed on, absorbing the waves of deadly attacks and psychic pain. |
| Session 46 | Korrigan's arrow landed from his bow, hitting their mark accurately. At the same time, others thought of a battle in real space, while Korrigan also thought of a secondary struggle of wills and ideology between Malachi and himself. He stood with the weight of his people's freedom on his shoulders. He ran with the cries of his friends as they were slaughtered mercilessly for a regime that could not hear their pleas. And nooked each arrow for every person who died of starvation, or had been whipped for trying to breathe or those that had gone to bed knowing they would not wake up when dawn broke. All of it was theirs, and all his might, skills, and knowledge were leveraged in this battle to free the slaves of Lost Haven. |
| Session 46 | Soon, they gained enough confidence to leave their room and eat something while walking around the palace. They learnt that the slaves drove away the rest of the Lost Haven Guards, but now there were riots on the streets as some tried their best to put together a governing body to sort out what would happen in the near future. One of the first things they did was go to the museum and recover all of their stuff, donning their robe woven with magical circuits and, most importantly, their spell book. |
| Session 46 | Drache fared better and helped people rebuild and even commission a statue of the rebellion's symbol to be made out of some of the gold taken from Luminara. And soon the symbol of a mouse with antlers was erected at the heart of Lost Haven [1:1]. |
| Session 45 | Their battle was long and difficult as the Lost Haven Guards stood firm; their strong armour and towering boards made it challenging to damage them. Even when they were able to hurt them, they somehow grew even stronger, absorbing damage better and better while their attacks hit harder. This battle was so harsh that Korrigan witnessed something he hadn't seen since the war for the OFC's freedom: Drache being knocked down. Although he got up, Korrigan had diverted some of his power to keep Drache alive, staining the fight further in the guards' favour. |
| Session 45 | They soon found an alchemy shop that looked to sell some health potions. Slowly opening the door, they found it empty apart from a regular-looking human who seemed to be a form of security for the shop, unrelated to the Lost Haven Guards. Thankfully, he was asleep. Nonetheless, they sent in Aidan to grab anything useful. He managed to catch two potions of greater and superior healing, two potions of cure disease, and a potion of invisibility. |
| Session 45 | Before the two could even begin to panic, a grand door opened, and two figures walked in. One was covered in his usual robes, which the party had recognised instantly, and the other bore the crown of Lost Haven. A flicker of hope crossed Mordecai's eyes as they recognised Xekai. |
| Session 45 | Their bodies soon returned to normal, and Xekai quickly stood up, telling them that it was time for them to return to the fight. He gave them a set of bows and daggers before opening a portal under them back to Lost Haven. |
| Session 44 | Mordecai and Chenris led their two bodyguards into the forest and to the Leomund's Tiny Hut. Upon seeing a large opaque orb in the middle of the woods, the guards were very concerned, but Chenris was dismissive of the claims and ordered them to follow through. One obeyed and followed suit while Mordecai tried to make an excuse, saying this was merely a safe place they set up to store their hunting gear while the roughs in the slum were dealt with. |
| Session 44 | Once both were within the spells' effects, Mordecai and chenris unleashed their abilities on the guards. They were both initially confused about why they were being attacked and tried to deal with them by using the blunt side of their weapons, but after some goading by chenris, they began fighting for real. However, the two were no match for two fully powered-up mages and soon were killed. |
| Session 44 | While Chincheris healed himself back to health, Mordecai suddenly realised that because the goliaths were so big, their armour could not fit them. Chenris suggested that they could sit on each other's shoulders to wear the armour, and he could use Speak with Dead |to get some answers out of them. Mordecai wasn't convinced, pointing out that they could have just asked the guards and didn't have to kill them. |
| Session 44 | With the final question answered, the guard's corpse fell to the floor in a slump, prompting Mordecai to comment on how morbid the situation was. Chenris stated that this was just magic. Chenris then took the chance to cast Prestidigitation on themselves to clean the blood and the armour from themselves. Mordecai quickly followed suit, complaining about how the blood was sticky and stained everything, expressing confusion about how Drache did it. |
| Session 44 | When removing the guards' armour, they noticed they both had tattoos on their chests, much like their slave tattoos. Chenris manages to walk them over to the palace gates, but is a bit wobbly. A guard stops them, casually asking where their next shift was. Chenris whispers to Mordecai that they have palace duty next and need to talk to the foreman first. The guards hear the whisper but assume it's their stomach growling. Mordecai jokes, saying that it was the beans. The guard laughed, letting them and warning them to get a hold of it, as they didn't want to anger a noble with gross sounds. |
| Session 44 | Once inside, Mordecai asked if Chenris had any ideas on where to go, as they were once nobles. Chenris explained that he sadly had no idea, as Human palaces differed significantly from the eleven. He stated that many Human palaces did their best to hide their servants from view, so they should look in the servants' quarters if they wanted to get underground. Mo[[Lost Haven Guardsi]] nodded and walked down a few corridors. As they approached the servants' quarters, they noticed how the gold furnishings got fewer before disappearing as they reached a rickety old door. |
| Session 44 | When they entered the room, it was incredibly dark and dirty, with piles of straw for beds. Upon seeing a guard enter their living quarters, many of the servants ran away, crying out in fear, stunning Mordecai. chenris prompted them to keep walking, "Although sad, we can't do anything about it until we stop the antimagic field." |
| Session 44 | Mordecai took a deep breath and continued forward, finding a tiny spiral staircase downward. Mordecai dismounted chenris, and they dragged the guard's armour down the stairs to raise any suspicions. The stairs took them 5 minutes to get to the bottom, where they were greeted with an ancient wooden door with planks of hardwood nailed over it to stop it from opening. There was text written on it reading 'KEEP OUT'. |
| Session 44 | As he approached, he watched in horror as the robot's arm began to reach out and grab a crystal from the wall. He shot that one, exploding it. The arm knocked into the wall again, but didn't seem to care as it went for another crystal. chenris rushed towards the robot to try and disable the arm, but he could not figure something out before the robot was close to putting another crystal in the machine. With no time left, chenris grabbed an arrow and stabbed it into the crystal, destroying the robot and forcing him to take the full brunt of the blast. |
| Session 44 | Suddenly, a man in ornate clothes and a decorated crown entered the room, cackling wildly. He ordered a guard to pick up the half-alive chenris. He looked at his machine, saying, "It's alright, my pet. You put up a good fight." he then turned to chenris "Well, you tried, and that's all we can hope for." And with a cruel laugh, he punched chenris unconscious. |
| Session 44 | Drache agrees, "They're not just going to whip us and send us on our way" |
| Session 44 | "We will find a little guard down here earlier, if you think that's a good idea. And we're going to ambush them. And we're going to get them," said Korrigan as he began to lay out his plan, "and then we rampage through the streets. I don't know. I'm making this up as I go, Dracker. But I'll be saying inspiring speeches the entire time. |
| Session 44 | They started reviewing the plans and confirmed they would do their best to pick off the garirds one by one, loot the armour and weapons, and use the mines as bastions. They could then push slowly, only taking on challenges when they were nearly confident they could win. Drache nodded in approval. He then asked if they would wait for Halfbie and Mordecai to return. He explained that they weren't even sure if the two were alive or dead. Korrigan nodded but explained there was nothing they could do about that now, and they just had to trust in their party. |
| Session 44 | Korrigan said their only other option was to use their bow to shoot the guards as soon as they walked in. Drache raised an eyebrow, stating, "Surely now is the time to start the revolution. If all options lead to us dying, why not go out with a fight?" |
| Session 44 | As he sat down with the people around him, he discussed his plans to set traps for the guards to either slow them down or kill them. He also grabbed the bow and began attaching some Molotov cocktails to arrows. He then passed a broken Bootle to Drache, "This is a shiv, he stabs" |
| Session 44 | He then let loose his arrow, which was embedded in a guard. The guard didn't seem affected by this and got out his Javelin, but before he could throw it, all the salves around him jumped on him and scratched at him with their nails savagely. First, they went for his face and eyes before taking the Goliath down. He screamed in pain as he slowly died. They have opened up too many of the guards in the area. |
| Session 44 | Drache quickly loots the guards of the armour and weapons, brandishing a greataxe with a grin. Donning the armour, they both begin trudging through Lost Haven, inspiring more crowds. Suddenly, Korrigan, amongst the carnage of slave breaking and setting fires to everything, noticed he couldn't see Misty. Torn between wanting to protect her and the result, Korrigan begins looking for her, throwing Molotov cocktails seting guards on fire in the process. |
| Session 44 | Korrigan continues looking for her in the meantime. However, watching the guards go up in a blaze of fire, he grabs Drache's hand and says, "You are my brother in war. Let do this!!" |
| Session 44 | Drache nodded, brandishing his weapon, "In life as in death", before lobbing another Molotov at a group of guards. |
| Session 44 | They carried on through the slums, noticing that the surprise had worn off and the guards were starting to fight back and kill slaves. They wondered if one should stay behind and help armoured people up. Tish reassuringly puts a hand on Korrigan's shoulder before nominating himself to help the slaves organise. "Aiden and i have got it from here" |
| Session 44 | They both nodded and thanked him for stepping up. They headed on. Korrigan led them both to the hunter's quarters, still looking for Misty. He was about to throw a Molotov at the gates before a black figure jumped down off the wall and sliced the guard's throat with a small knife. The Misty looked up from her kills and gave the two a beaming smile. |
| Session 44 | Drache gave a hearty belly laugh before commenting, "What a fucking menace!! "Before Misty grabbed a key and unlocked the gate, they entered the hunter's quarters. They were greeted by members of the goblin mafia, whom they convinced to join their side by letting them have the gold after a successful revolt. They rushed off with crude weapons to kill the guard. Korrigan also get them to bring him a healer. |
| Session 44 | They approached the gate to Luminara. A large group of guards stood in front of it, brandishing weapons with steeled determination. |
| Session 43 | Mordecai suggested they all try tailing someone who was a part of the goblin mafia to see if he would lead them to the pub. Drache asked if that would be wise, as it would be very obvious if a group of 5 were following one goblin around Siltwater Slums of Lost Haven. Halfbie suggested they take turns tailing the goblin while the rest stayed back, and they could then swap out at various points to keep suspicions low. They agreed this was the best plan and soon found a goblin that fit the typical archetype for the mafia and began tailing them. Drache was the first to tail them and followed the goblin to the church of Ignatius, where the goblin finally spotted him. Halfbie took over and followed the goblin who walked around Siltwater Slums for a while, almost as if they were patrolling. Halfbie was soon caught, and Mordecai took over and followed the goblin to a wooden gate, where the goblin paid two platinum coins to the guard, who let him through. As the goblin walked through, he spotted Mordecai but did nothing about them. |
| Session 42 | Up to this point, Korrigan had been careful while manoeuvring through the streets of Lost Haven. Still, his care had been thrown away, and he acted on animalistic instinct as he searched through the raiment of his family's forge. When his search yielded nothing, he flew open the doors and rushed in. Halfbie reached out to Korrigan to try calming him down, but it was useless. Not wanting to leave Korrigan alone, Mordecai and Halfbie followed suit into the house. |
| Session 42 | Outside the corridor, there was a long pause during which Halfbie optically suggested the writing was a lovely poem. Mordecai was about to say that if the last one said, 'Remebere who owns you,' then this one couldn't possibly be good, but as they opened their mouths, Korrigan's anguished scream roared out of the dingy dark corridor and echoed out of the house and beyond. Halfbie shouted "BAD POEM, BAD POEM" before rushing to help Korrigan, explaining that they needed to get out of here ASAP before the guards came to investigate. |
| Session 42 | After a short conversation, it was revealed that there were probably a few guards who could sneak stuff into Siltwater Slums, but unfortunately, she didn't know any of them. When Korrigan asked for more information, the slave locked up and told them to get some gruel before they threw it all away. To the Party's horror, the slave revealed that after the cutoff point for food, they throw it all away to mess with the slaves. |
| Session 42 | Sitting down with their "Food," Korrigan asked if anyone from the first rebellion was in the hall. Tish had a quick look before pointing out one man who Korrigan instantly recognised as one of the people from the rebellion fighting force. His joy was overcome with dread as he realised that during the rebellion, this man had had his leg cut off by a guard as punishment; it was now replaced with a crude metal one. The man's face was also quite badly scarred, and half of one of his arms was also missing. |
| Session 42 | Before Korrigan could react, the man turned and instantly recognised Korrigan. He stood up and screamed, "Kal," before rushing over in anger. Kal tried to give him the hint to be quiet, but they were behind him in no time and threw him across the mess hall. The guards around them suddenly drawn their swords as they got ready for a fight. The man took the hint and apologised for the outburst. The man walked over and gave Korrigan a hand up Korrigan also played a long insinuation that it was a magic trick or something similar. The guards calmed down and returned to their chat. |
| Session 42 | The man blinked in surprise before asking how Korrigan managed ot survive being thrown into the ocean, after looking at the guards around the tent, who could potentially hear him. Before saying, "If you want to meet us at our cabin later, I can recount everything. I believe I owe you and my friends some answers" |
| Session 42 | Making their way to the church, they found that a sermon was just about to start. Mordecai and Halfbie decided to have a look inside while Korrigan, Aidan, and Drache stayed outside to keep a lookout. They quickly found that a guard was sitting outside one of the windows, listening to what was being said. Korrigan used Primordial to tell Halfbie inside about the guard secretly. |
| Session 42 | Mordecai asked the priest if he was aware he was being watched, and the priest exclaimed he was more than aware, saying, "You look at me cconfused. You assume that because they're guards, they're not also part of a system? You assume that just because they're guards, their draw to Ignatius is less?" |
| Session 42 | Mordecai became even more confused as Halfbie explained that just because someone benefited from a system doesn't mean they enjoyed said system. The priest added that none of the guards got any of the money made by the slaves, and most became guards because the alternative was being one of the slaves. There are many followers of Ignatius across many levels in society," said the priest with reverence. |
| Session 42 | "Sara burnt down the walls and doors using her kind of fire magic. We got in almost too easily. We carved through the guards. There were 500 of us, armed and ready to overthrow the Clown. I mean, we just wanted to be free; we didn't want to be slaves anymore. It's the only solution we came up with. And then we got to the King." Korrigan struggled to talk as all the memories flooded his mind. |
| Session 42 | "The King was behind me. We confronted again. He stabbed me multiple times before throwing my body into the ocean. I drifted for hours or days before I awoke on some rocks. Now I know I awoke at the rocks below the Emerald Fort. I was hauled out of the water and saved by..." his voice trailed off again, for he said, "Fey creatures saved me. And then I ran, got on land, and started heading as far away from Lost Haven as possible. I got to Dawnhaven and heard about a great guild called the Ivory Crest, and the rest, you know, is history." |
| Session 42 | Korrigan excitedly ushered them all in and explained in more detail everything he had experienced since leaving Lost Haven. After he was done, one of the slaves asked why he hadn't come back sooner. Korrigan looked very guiltily for a moment before explaining that the only time he could come back was when he was free of the ivory crest, but he didn't want to until he was much stronger so he could come back and free everyone. He then explained that everyone in the Party was powerful and had all the skills to make Malachi's life a living hell. They just needed to take down the antimagic field. |
| Session 41 | Standing at the threshold of the Wyverns Cave, the party paused to get their bearings and figure out where they needed to go. The Tour Du Ashen's hands accounted for them discovering a teleporting dwarven room and venturing back to the Wyverns Cave. Studying the map closely and referring to an old book they found recently, Halfbie suggested they travel to The Emerald Fort, not only would it give them easy access to Lost Haven, but it would give them all a chance to catch up with an OFC business partner and to learn what happened after Genevieve's death [1:2]. The rest all agreed and began preparations to head off. |
| Session 41 | After a few days of travelling, they finally saw the emerald fort's white walls and green banners. As they approached, Drache became increasingly nervous. Reaching the gate, the guards stopped them, asking what their business was with the fort. Mordecai explained that they were allies from the war for the cause's freedom and wanted safe passage through to Lost Haven. The guards quickly relaxed and explained they were more than welcome to enter, but if they wanted to travel to Lost Haven, the fort just requested that they do it at night. |
| Session 41 | When pressed for a reason for this, the guards explained that the Emerald Fort and Lost Haven have a somewhat turbulent relationship. According to the guard, Lost Haven would rather trade with the southern colonies, as the Verdant Peninsula had become too unpredictable. Halfbie pushed them further, and they admitted that the fort didn't want to be seen as fraternising with other nations too much; they were supposed to remain neutral. |
| Session 41 | Korrigan began to panic as old memories of his time as an enslaved person here began to resurface. Unable to sit still, Korrigan immediately got up and opened the door to the tent, revealing that they were deep in a large mine shaft. With the door open, the tent was flooded with dust, making breathing even more difficult. Standing by the entrance, he grimly said, "Welcome to Lost Haven" |
| Session 41 | Korrigan turned to the group and sarcastically asked if they were enjoying their time in Lost Haven, to which Drache just sarcastically replied by asking if there were any good sites to see. Korrigan nodded and directed them to a smaller building nearby, which Korrigan explained was the closest thing to a church in the area. He explained he wanted to pay his respects to his friend Sara. He invited them to join him in doing so. |
| Session 40 | While this happened, Korrigan turned to Aidan and asked how they felt after the last possession. The Party had been so busy that they didn't have the chance to talk. Aidan admitted that his biggest fear was having it happen again and doing severe damage. He reassured Korrigan that his number one goal was to find a way to fix it. he then relented that before all of that, they needed to go to Lost Haven, something Korrigan admitted that he was pretty worried about. |
| Session 40 | Korrigan explained that although he knew he had to kill a kind, he had no idea why his past self would need to do that. Korrigan tried to reason that maybe he could let the kind go, but the Party wasn't so sure, as they had never seen such hatred before Korrigan had spoken about the king of Lost Haven. |
| Session 39 | Xekai then reminded them that their ultimate destination was Lost Haven. When Korrigan asked eagerly about what would happen there, Xekai ominously replied that it would be "interesting" when they all arrived. |
| Session 37 | "Yep. I am... I am streetwise. I'm not smart, actually; I'm not very streetwise, either." Korrigan said, "I like puzzles. I like figuring things out. Oh! Speaking of, did I tell you anything about Lost Haven?" |
| Session 37 | "I ask because I can't remember. Part of my deal involved unfinished business at Lost Haven. I made the deal to go back and finish that unfinished business I've lost. In return, I am Lorwyn Herald, and I do some really funny stuff - like, did you see the horse?! Its always angry and wants to eat Human and i can summon it!!" explained Korrigan excitedly. |
| Session 37 | Kerrigan confirmed this, saying that her name, Sera ‡, was one of the few people he remembered after his new role. He then explained that his new goal was to head up to Lost Haven with his party, and she was more than welcome to join them, saying it would be like old times. Sylvia agreed to join them, stating that Lost Haven was known for polluting a lot, and it would be good to stop that by killing the king and killing everyone involved in destroying the environment. |
| Session 37 | Korrigan ignored her alarming comments and instead focused on telling her all about Terathra and how they were sealed away and The Towers were hurting them. Korrigan explained that one of his goals in Lost Haven was to destroy the tower. Sylvia initially didn't believe him until he showed her the book he stole from Strixhaven, which explained everything to her. After reading the book, she was immediately on board and wanted to help. |
| Session 36 | Korrigan silently motioned his magic into a healing spirit that washed over Mordecai with a newfound sense of peace. With a quick gesture, the spirit moved over to Mordecai 's father, healing him slightly. Mordecai lamented that even with this matter resolved, neither he nor his mother could ever return home. There was simply too much pain and distrust for him to do so. Korrigan 's hand now rested on Mordecai 's other shoulder, "You know, Uvam Dynasty may not be your home anymore, but that's okay because home is just a place where you are comfortable. Once upon a time, my home was probably Lost Haven, and now it's some temple in a mysterious forest. |
| Session 36 | Drache, unaware of this, asked if it was possible to cross into the desert from there. The Clerk confirmed it was possible but wasn't recommended, especially as they wouldn't be able to get back in this and would have to go through Lost Haven or similar routes. |
| Session 32 | Mordecai looked to the ghost of Seifer Willow ‡ on their shoulder, sarcastically remarking how it was nice to put a face to the name finally. She shrugged before noting how weird it was as they were so used to seeing Mordecai but remaining unseen. Looking over to Halfbie and Chenris, they noticed that Halfbie was beginning to have a mental breakdown. As they looked at Chenris, but before they could do anything, Korrigan fell to the floor, shaking violently. Mordecai rushed over to help him, but after a few moments, the shaking stopped. Halfbie looked at Korrigan from across the room and realised that without Lorwyn's influence, there was probably nothing stopping his memories from resurfacing, that his body was dependent on the Feywilds and that being cut off was having bad side effects. As Korrigan lay in Mordecai's arms in a daze before suddenly snapping back to consciousness. he exclaimed that he needed a sword. Confused by their question why, Korrigan replied with anger none of The Party had ever seen before, "I need to kill the king, the king of Lost Haven". |
| Session 30 | Korrigan, happy that Halfbie was safe, let out a heavy sigh and simply stated that it was good that the rift didn't do too much damage to the Feywilds. They updated Halfbie as they had legitimately forgotten what was happening in the human and that they needed to get out of there. korrigan and drache figured that their best bet would be to just walk right out as the guards saw them walk in with Malin, so they probably wouldn't care if they walked out. they do just that, and the guards don't even bat an eye as they walk up the stairs and into the main library of The All-Father Temple. Korrigan found a nearby table, set a map on it, and said they should plan out their route for the foreseeable future. Korrigan says that he wants OFC since they need to sort out everything there and then end up near Lost Haven as Lorwyn is becoming impatient with him. |
| Session 26 | Most take the travel time to get some rest and heal up. Once Mordecai woke up, they immediately got out a piece of paper and started to write a letter but kept the details a secret from the rest of the group. Intrigued, korrigan asks what he is writing, which Mordecai says is none of their business. Turning very serious, korrigan explains that The Party needs to be able to trust each other completely. He had already explained his secrets to Lost Haven, and it feels especially important now that their friend has died. He notably struggled with his emotions as he said the word friend. Mordecai sighs before explaining that he wants to start tying up loose ends and is writing a letter to his father. Having not heard much about Mordecai's father, korrigan tentatively asks if he is on good terms with his father, but Mordecai remains tight-lipped about any details with his family. |
| Session 20 | When weighing up their options, Mordecai says, that whatever they do he can stay with Aidan and cast Dispel Magic If and when needed. Thinking back, Korrigan realises that when he is in or near a tower, it becomes difficult to talk to Lorwyn. he summarises the perfect place for them to stay would be in the tower since Chronovorus would most likely be unable to reach Aidan, plus they could take the time to talk to Terathra. As they approach, discuss questions that they want to ask Terathra. The biggest one is "Are there any other ways to block out the Gods, even better if you could choose which Gods to block". Korrigan figures this would be a very important thing to find out before he falls the tower in Lost Haven. They also want to find out more about Uti † and the island of Itone Isles. |
| Session 18 | Korrigan, feeling a bit lost and defeated, says that the party needs to trust each other and and to do that we need everything on the table. He starts to explain his deal with Lorwyn. She brought him back to life so he could settle his business in Lost Haven and make sure the tower in there falls. The party is stunned into silence. Chenris without looking up replies "i'll take first watch" |
| Session 13 | Chenris is quick to enter his trance state while the others stay awake, conflicted with the sudden change of events. They complain about chenris recent behaviour, alarmed that he has been getting worse and worse with his disrespect and insatiable drive for knowledge that has gotten them in difficult situations a few times. They decide to explore the house and eventually find a small library in one of the rooms. Mordecai and Korrigan are perusing the books before their eye widens in shock. There was a book on the shelf named “Mousebert & the Emperor's Folly” which was written by Kal, Sera and Thorn. Mordecai vaguely remembered the name Sera from the black ritual and Korrigan was familiar with his old name of Kal. They excitedly brought it back to the group as they showed everyone. Korrigan was especially excited as this was an actual link to his past that could help him with his mission in Lost Haven.
