Overview
A cloak stolen from Vaelrith's domain by Viktor Malkovich in an attempt to cheat death. It housed one of Vaelrith's herald within it which was the source of its ability to resurrect and interact with souls. The cloak was destroyed Ebis Daro in his raid on Blackwall in Session 66 when he freed the herald so it could be added to his Ash Spawn army.
