Features
Glassbound Offering: at the start of each of your turns you may expend 1 or more charges (no action require). For each charge expended, you remove 10% of your maximum hit points (rounded up). If the reduction of maximum health takes you below 0 hit points you then Vitreous Ruin. This effect last till the end of combat.
Shattered Edge: Until the end of combat, once per turn when you hit with an attack that does damage, you deal an extra 1d4 damage for each charge expended from the Glassbound Offering feature. The extra damage is of the same type of the original damage type
Limit of Sacrifice: You cant expend charges from this ring more than once per combat, and you can expend more than 10 charges at once.
Drawbacks & Curse
Vitreum Ruin: if you are reduced to 0 hit points by the damage inflicted from the effects of this ring, you fall Incapacitated and remain Incapacitated for the remainder of the current combat. While under this effect, you are unable to regain Hit Points, be stabilised, or be revived by any means. At the end of combat, you become stable at 0 Hit Points.

Exhausted Offering: To fully recharge this ring, you must accept 2 levels of Exhaustion. You may also regain half of the available recharges by accepting 1 level of exhaustion.
